Hoboken

The land now known as Hoboken was purchased by Colonel John Steven in 1783. By 1820 Colonel Stevens began developing Hoboken’s waterfront into a resort locale. Now nicknamed the “Mile Square City” is a vibrant urban destination. The development of the waterfront continues and blends beautifully with many original buildings established by the first immigrants.

Hoboken offers many community events, including cultural, music and ethnic festivals. Much abounds in the music and arts community, complimented by eclectic restaurants, night clubs, a world class hotel, diverse retail shopping, along with a spectacular waterfront with uncompromising views of Manhattan and New York Harbor.

Hoboken is ideally located. She offers spectacular views of NYC and an easy commute as well. There is a variety of transportation options including Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, NJ Transit trains and buses, PATH trains and ferry.
